A person can build his/her social capital by getting a mentor. This was introduced in the world of economics. Social capital is used to expand and improve the performance of many organizations. It is known as resources.

If you learn a new language and get trained in new skills, it's more likely that you can perform business activities that represent a higher capital for you.
