You have the right idea, the shading is incorrect however your lines are not. For your line y is less than or equal to x. you can check the answer by using a coordinate from the graph that is not on the line.

For example let's use the coordinate (0,1) to see if it creates a false or true statement.
1 is less than 0.
This is a false statement.
Because these coordinates are on the left of the line, and the checked statement is false, you should have instead shaded on the right of the line.
so your answers are instead between the two lines.

It is correct but for the broken or dashed line, you have you shade the upper region. The line with the thick line is right.

What does x equal? <br>-x/3 + 4 = 20
zavuch27 [327]
X is equal to 48

First subtract 4 from both the sides to get
-x/3 = 16
Then multiply both sides by 3 to get x alone
-x = 48
Now divide the both sides by -1, since we can't have x being negative to get
X = 48
Hope this helps:)

Vesna [10]

Answer:

The overview of the given situation is described in the explanation segment below.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • By the details received, the reference variable becomes actual prevalence or occurrence of another virus whereas the descriptive variable becomes precipitation 'Precipitation compensated for 79% throughout variability with prevalence.'

As we know that the determination's coefficient will be:

⇒  R^2

(Percent of variance in the answer variable described by the explanatory variable).

Now the correlation among the two variables will be:

As we know,

⇒  r^2=R^2

⇒  r^2=0.79

⇒  r=\sqrt{0.79}

⇒  r=0.889
