Answer:

There is no natural number like that.

Step-by-step explanation:

  1. Say the number is odd: its half wont be a natural number. it will be a fraction number. And sum cant be equal to 32.
  2. Now, if the number were even. its half will be an odd number. and sum of an odd and an even number cant be an even, so the sum cant be 32.

MATHEMATICALLY,

Let the number is x.

So, x+x/2=32

or, 3x=64

or, x= 64/3=21.333...

But, 21.33.. is not a natural number.

Consider the polynomial equation x(x - 3)(x + 6) (x-7) -0. Which of the following are zoros of the
Black_prince [1.1K]

Answer:

The zeros are : 0, 3, -6, 7.

Step-by-step explanation:

Zeros of a polynomial is the values at which the polynomial becomes zero. They are also called the roots of the polynomial.

When (x - a)(x - b) = 0, we can say that either (x - a) = 0 or (x - b) = 0. At least one zero renders the whole equation to be zero.

Now, we are given that: x. (x - 3). (x + 6). (x - 7) = 0

⇒ To make the equation zero, at least one of the following should be true:

x = 0

x - 3 = 0  ⇒ x = 3

x + 6 = 0 ⇒ x = -6

x - 7 = 0 ⇒  x = 7

Therefore, x can take any one of the above values and that would make the polynomial zero.

Graph the first six terms of a sequence where a1 = −10 and d = 3.
Neko [114]

notice the first term is -10, and the common difference is 3, so we add 3 to get the next term.
