Here you are using two formulas:

Annual base premium = liability premium + collision premium + comprehensive premium

&

Annual premium = annual base premium x driver-rating factor


With this in mind:

319 + 305 + 121 = 745 745 x 2.4 = 1,788

Miller's annual premium is $1,788.
