It is very important to live a healthy life. Because it is a common yet a golden saying that Health is Wealth. So if a person needs to live a healthy life, he or she should control his or her eating habits and should do proper physical activities or exercises. Keeping track of such activities and your food intake will help a person see his progress towards a healthy lifestyle. By seeing the food and exercise chart, he would feel more committed towards better healthy life. He would be able to see his daily intake, this would motivate him and make him do more to be in shape and away from hospitals.
