The answer would be: Safety goggles

When you're painting a ceiling it's best to wear safety googles to prevent paint from getting into your eye's. If paint get's into your eyes, there might be negative side effects. If you were to get paint into your eyes, flush your eyes out with water for any where from 15-20 minutes.

That being said, to prevent you from getting paint into your eyes. You must have Safety goggles on while painting.
