How does the Sacco and Vanzetti case demonstrate the mindset of the Red Scare?
Alex787 [66]
It demonstrates it because they were sentenced to an electric chair even though the evidence and the case was highly controversial. The evidence was inconsistent and it was a murder and a robbery that they committed which under normal circumstances would not have such a severe punishment. However, they were considered to be anarchy radicals and extremists in so the red scare helped the case punish them much more severely.
