If this really wouldn't be my scene, then the main thing that I would do, when seeing that the people are taking some sort of drug would be to list the five decision-making steps and then explain these five steps to my friend and explain to him why I wouldn't be doing it.
Inner beauty refers to the personality of a person including his/her mind and character. Whereas outer beauty simply refers to the looks of a person. It can easily be faked and changed through makeup, dressing, surgery etc.
