How would you make soccer more accessible to disabled people?

Assuming I had the power to do this, I would first start off by creating an organization for the disabled so that people with servicing hearts that truly wanted to help people could train working with someone with specific disabilities helping and allowing them to kick, poke, slap the soccer ball however necessary to move it into a goal post. Seeing as soccer is a sport that requires two working legs I would make it easier for those with autism or down syndrome so that its easier for them to move the ball. For wheel chair disabled people I would invent some sort of wheel chair with a lever/button on the side allowing one leg to move and kick the ball although the persons leg in the wheel chair is most likely paralyzed.
