Improving overall fitness may not be possible for people who have physical limitations.
Semmy [17]
So, we know that fitness means being fit or healthy correct. If I jog daily, using my legs then that's a form of physical fitness, but what if I lost my legs. I can't jog anymore, but I can still eat properly to stay in shape, train my upper body, etc. Hence, I would say the answer is False.<span />

Anyone who has lost weight, what were the things that helped you the most? Albeit motivational things, or actual tips to lose we
natali 33 [55]

Answer:

Explanation:

I had really good success with a low-carb, high protein diet. The two biggest dieting tips I've found are to invest time into food prep so you have meals that are easy to make and it's easier to not say "I don't feel like cooking, I'm gonna go to McDonalds" and to keep healthy snacks around (I like raw veggies, roasted chicken, and sugar-free jello) because it's a lot easier to eat healthy snacks than to force yourself not to eat. I've also found a crock pot to be an invaluable tool for dieting because it's super easy to quickly make healthy meals with one.

Lighting, pollution, and traffic are all important safety factors to considering when exercising
n200080 [17]
So im guessing your asking that we need to consider those 3 things when exercising right? well if hat is what you are asking then this is my answer but i dont care if you use it well we need to consider traffic when we are exercising because if we are running one way and we don't look both ways then we will probably get hit by a car we need to consider pollution when exercising because if we breathe in toxic chemicals theres a chance we could die and lightning because we could get struck by it if we are not careful .... wait you said lighting well lighting is important when we exercise because we could think we see no cars and then a car comes out of no where and bam splat you aredead
there you go hope this helps:)
