Explanation: The south had an excellent chance on wining the Civil War if someone had to bet the odds would be 3.1. but the reason is simple North had to win and the south had to lose but in my oppion i the north won because the slaves ran from the south to the north to join the union army but in the Democratic Republic like the US, the leaders have to get and keep support in the war
