No because randomly generated digits have a  uniform distribution and probability is 0.3

A non-standard normal distribution cannot be used to find the probability because the generated digits do not follow a normal distribution  hence each number is equally likely  to be chosen

total digits: 0 to 9=10

Digits less than 3 are: 0,1,2

Therefore, No. of digits less than 3=3

Probability of getting a digit less than 3 = 3/10 = 0.3
