i dont know if you mean why are people in PT or what kind of stuff qualitys you for PT. but heres my answer, to get PT you can call and make a appt. or go to your doctor and ask if he can refure you. there isnt a certian thing that makes you need PT, it can be a bad back or recovery from a surgury or head pain stiffniss for real anything. and if your asking like the deggres and stuff you need idk.
