The objective was to prepare a full report on the circumstances that caused and involved the 11 September terrorist attacks.

Explanation:

On September 11, 2001, terrorists hijacked two planes in Boston, stabbed passengers and probably killed the pilots. Because they knew how to fly, they took command of the aircraft and changed the route of the aircraft to the Twin Towers.

The North Tower was attacked at 8:46. The American Airlines plane, Flight 11, was dropped on the highest part of the building, reaching from floor 93 to 99. Immediately, the building began to burn, catching people from floors 100 to 110.

This was the largest terrorist attack in history and its consequences hit both Americans and the rest of the world.

The attack led to the creation of a commission called the "9/11 Commission" that aimed to conduct a survey that demonstrated the circumstances surrounding this terrible terrorist attack.
