The differences that Rodriguez points out between immigrants and US citizens are as follows :

US citizens have the birth rights inside USA while the immigrants are not granted the birth rights.  In addition to these facts, citizens grew up here or at least were born here but immigrants weren’t therefore citizens follow the rules and regulations and they are used to the society but the immigrants who come to US do not easily adopt the culture and liberty of US society.
