So, to find the inverse of the function f(x)
we should switch x , y OR replace x with y in prevoius function
x = f(y) represent the inverse function or will be $f^{-1}$
By applying that on the given table 
∴ $f^{-1} (3) = 2$
And 
$f^{-1} (8) = 7$
