Explanation:

Structure of the amylose is unbranched and long and say that linear. Amylose is water soluble and amylopectin is water in-soluble, amylopectin is made by starch and amylose. It is made up of 1-4 bound glucose molecule.

Structure of the glycogen is highly branched or short chains. Glycogen is soluble to a small extent because they are highly branched. It is the storage form of energy in animals and also stored in liver, composed of glucose unit.
