Answer:

The PAR-Q is a written assessment that predicts one's readiness for exercise. The other three require the help of a health professional to complete.

Medical screenings and medical evaluations are both performed by a doctor, but the medical evaluation is more in-depth.

The exercise stress test is designed to test the response of the body while exercising vigorously. This test is usually only used when a problem is suspected that could endanger the participant's life.

PAR-Q predicts one's readiness for exercise through a written assessment, whereas medical screening and evaluations must be performed by a doctor. The difference between the screening and evaluation is that the medical evaluation is more in-depth. The exercise screen test also differs from the others in that it is an electronic tool, but is based off of the PAR-Q assessment.

A person can get an electric shock when they walk across a room on a rug and touch a doorknob because electrons are transferred
notka56 [123]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

When you touch a doorknob (or something else made of metal), which has a positive charge with few electrons, the extra electrons want to jump from you to the knob. That tiny shock you feel is a result of the quick movement of these electrons.
