Answer:

72°

Step-by-step explanation:

Supplementary angles are those that add up to 180 degrees. Here, since we know that x and y are supplementary, we can add them together and set them equal to 180:

x + y = 180

Now, we already know that ∠y = 108°, so plug this in:

x + 108 = 180

x = 180 - 108 = 72°

Answer:

72°

Step-by-step explanation:

Supplementary angles add up to 180

Angle X + Angle Y = 180

Angle X + 108 = 180

Angle X = 180 - 108

Angle X = 72°

Step-by-step explanation:

sin(2x) + cos(3x)

Use double angle formula sin(2x) = 2 sin x cos x.

Use triple angle formula cos(3x) = 4 cos³x − 3 cos x.

Substitute:

2 sin x cos x + 4 cos³x − 3 cos x

Math question.......................................
ValentinkaMS [17]
Question 1:

The answer is A: Sam.

His table is the only one that follows the conditions set in the question.

Question 2:

Choosing two points; (0, 14) and (4, 10)

Slope (m) = \frac{10 - 14}{4 - 0} =  \frac{-4}{4} = -1

Thus, equation,

y -  y_{1} = m(x -  x_{1})

y - 10 = -1(x - 4)

y = -x + 14

I'm getting that for my equation of the line, so my best guess is that the answer is C.

The reason I got my answer is probably because I made a calculation mistake somewhere. If you use my methods, you should arrive at the correct answer.

The answer is C. ( I believe )
