There is a 7 in both 7x and 7 so you will take that out.

7 (x+1)

Then there is an x in both x2 and 2x so you take that out.

x (x+2)

A firm has the following fixed proportion production function q = min(k, 2l). a. Find the firms long-run total, average, and mar
Yuri [45]

Answer:

I think its right

Step-by-step explanation:

a) In the long run, we have, 5k=10 and k=2l Thus, C=2l+3l= 5l=0.5q Thus, AC=5l/10l =0.5 MC=0.5 b) In the short run, k=10 Q=min(50,10l) If l<5, q=10l. C=10+3l= 10+0.3q Thus, AC=10/q + 0.3 If l>5, q=50. C= 10+3l AC= (10+3l)/50 If q>50, then MC...

Can anybody tell me the answers to number 1, 2 &amp; 3 ???!!!!
Novay_Z [31]

Problem 1

Domain = {-1, -3, 2, 1}

Range = {5, 0, 2}

The domain is the set of possible inputs and the range is the set of possible outputs. This is a function because each input goes to exactly one output.

========================================

Problem 2

This is a function as well. We do not have any input going to multiple outputs.

Domain = {-2, -3, 5}

Range = {6, 7, 8}

========================================

Problem 3

This is not a function. The input -4 goes to more than one output (outputs 3 and -1 at the same time)

Domain = {-4, -2, 0}

Range = {3, -1, -2, 4}

In parallelogram WXYZ, what is CY?<br> 11 ft<br> 15 ft<br> 21 ft<br> 23 ft
erastovalidia [21]

Answer:

15 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

In a parallelogram the diagonals bisects each other

So WC= CY

x+4=2x-7 solve the equation for x

Subtract x from both sides

x-x+4=2x-x-7

4=x-7

Now we add 7 on both sides

4+7=x-7+7

x=11

Now we need to find CY

CY= 2x-7

Plug in 11 for x

CY= 2(11)-7=22-7= 15

Find the equation of the plane that is parallel to the vectors left angle 3 comma 0 comma 3 right angle and left angle 0 comma 1
Sholpan [36]

Answer:

x + 3y -z - 3 = 0

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find the equation of plane that is parallel to the vectors

\langle 3,0,3\rangle, \langle0,1,3\rangle

The plane also passes through the point (2,0,-1).

Hence, the equation of plane s given by:

\displaystyle\left[\begin{array}{ccc}x-2&y-0&z+1\\3&0&3\\0&1&3\end{array}\right]\\\\=(x-2)(0-3) - (y-0)(9-0) + (z+1)(3-0)\\=-3(x-2)-9y+3(z+1)\\\Rightarrow -3x + 6 - 9y + 3z + 3 = 0\\\Rightarrow 3x + 9y -3z -9 = 0\\\Rightarrow x + 3y -z - 3 = 0

It is the required equation of plane.
