The correct answer is True

Explanation:

The phases of the moon or lunar phases refer to the sunlit portion of the moon, which is the natural satellite of the Earth, that is observable from Earth. The portion that is visible changes over time as the Moon moves around the Earth and the Earth around the Sun which leads to four principal phases including new moon, the first quarter, the full moon and the third quarter that create a cycle that lasts around 29 days in which the visibility of the moon from the Earth changes from 0% in the new moon to 100% in the full moon. This means the phases of the moon depend on how much of the lighted or sunlit side of the moon can be seen according to the position of the moon and the sun, which makes the statement of the question true.

That statement is true

We see the moon as we see today only because sunlight reflect it back to us from it's surface.
Depending on how much sun light it is, the reflected part sometime is only half a circle, quarter if circle, etc

hope this helps

All of the following have helped create ghettos in North American cities EXCEPTa) blockbusting and racial steeringb) redlining b
BigorU [14]

Answer:

Economic Enterprise Zones

Explanation:

A Ghetto is simply an area of poor densely populated city district that is inhabited mostly by a minority ethnic group that are linked together by economic hardship and social restrictions.

An Indigenous City is simply a known area or center of population, commerce, and culture that is particularl to a country.

Enterprise Zones (EZs) in the early 1980s were set up in areas with high unemployment. The aim therefore was to attract start-up companies to the area to create jobs and also it was done by reduction of tax, e.g. on corporations and land. So this cannot be a reason for getto creation as its aim is to close ghettos.
