Answer:

The total production costs when 105 comma 000 toys are produced are $467,500

Explanation:

Manufacturing or production costs are the costs which is incurred to Manufacture / produce the products being sold.

Total Manufacturing Cost = $370,000

Variable cost = $130,000

Variable cost per unit = $130,000 / 60,000 = $2.17

Total Fixed Cost = Total Manufacturing cost - Variable cost

Total Fixed Cost = $370,000 - $130,000 = $240,000

Total Production cost = Variable cost + Fixed Cost

Total Production cost = ( 105,000 x 2.17 ) + $240,000

Total Production cost = $227,500 + $240,000 = $467,500

Tanzania [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

One transformational leader that we can talk about was Martin Luther King Jr. who was an Activist and Minister who fought for American Civil Rights in the United States in the early 1950s. MLK jr. was both assisted and hindered by the time in history in which his efforts took place. This is because at the time African American Rights were almost non-existant and the Civil Rights movements were at an all time high. This means that MLK jr. was able to amass many followers as he was fighting to make the world a more equal place for everyone, but at the same time it was a time in history where racism was at an all time high as well. This hindered his efforts greatly and ultimately led to his death in 1968. Regardless, Martin Luther King Jr. made one of the biggest impacts in the Civil Rights movements in history as a transformational leader.

Suppose you invest $ 4 comma 000 today and receive $ 9 comma 250 in five years. a. What is the internal rate of return (IRR) of
Dovator [93]

Answer:

IRR is 18.25%

Annual amount is -$0.225 which closest to zero dollar, because at irr the investment return is zero

Explanation:

The formula for IRR in excel is :irr(values)

The formula can be applied to the cash outflow of $4,000 and cash inflow of $9,250 in five years' time as follows

Years                Cash flow

0                       -$4,000

1                          $0

2                          $0

3                           $0

4                            $0

5                          $9,250

irr(-$4000 to $9,250)

irr is 18.25%

The amount of receivable each year can be computed using pmt formula in excel

=pmt(rate,nper,-pv,fv)

rate is the irr of 18.25%

pv is -$4000

fv is the future amount 0f $9,250

=pmt(18.25%,5,-4000,9250)

pmt=-$0.225 which closest to zero amount

Assume that Germany and China can produce beer and cloth. If the MPLc/MPLb for Germany is 2/5 and the MPLc/MPLb for China is 1,
elena55 [62]

Answer: c. specialize in producing beer and export beer.

Explanation:

As per the Theory of Competitive Advantage posited by David Ricardo, a country should specialize in the good that it has a competitive advantage in. A country has a competitive advantage if it incurs a less opportunity cost in producing the good.

Opportunity cost of producing beer for Germany = MPLc/MPLb = 2/5

Opportunity cost of producing beer for China = MPLc/MPLb = 1

Germany has a lower cost of producing beer so they should specialize in this and export it.
