Answer:

"Then the three of you get out of here. Colleges come to this school every day, looking for good students, and you three jokers let it all pass you by."

Explanation:

We Beat the Street is a story about three young boys, later grown-up men, who came originally from a problematic and poor neighborhood where a lot of violence was happening. Each one of them was somehow involved in drug possession/dealing. As they were growing up, they felt like it is predestined that they will, like others around them, end up like criminals or likewise. But in the process, each of them runs into some kind of mentor who supported them and opened some new doors. So these three friends applied for medical school and eventually became doctors.

From the given excerpts, the second one ("Then the three of you get out of here. Colleges come to this school every day, looking for good students, and you three jokers let it all pass you by.") fully matches the idea that opportunities should never be wasted.

PLEASE MARK ME BRAINLESSEST OR WHATEVER!! CVCe words are words that contain a consonant, vowel, consonant, and then the letter e. These words can be extremely tricky because the “e” is actually silent. Not only is the e silent, but the vowel that is smushed between the two consonants becomes a long vowel.
