Self-evident means not needing to be demonstrated or explained, it's obvious. The four truths said by Jefferson are: "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." These truths are "self-evident" to those who understand and want them to be. Everyone understands unalienable rights, however, not everyone believes in them. Jefferson's point was to try and get everyone on board with these ideals, that we are all equal.

Answer:and Discharge the other party's obligations to perform.

Explanation:

The discharge of a contract occurs when the obligations agreed upon come to an end or are disrupted by certain situations. There are various factors that lead to discharge of a contract to mention the few :

Discharge of contract by Performance and discharge of a contract by breach of a contract. In this case it is the second one

Discharge of a contract by Performance occurs when the performance agreed upon has been met then the contract gets discharged.

Discharge by Breach of Contract is the example in our text above.

Mcgregor published theory x and theory y over 30 years ago. do we still have theory x managers? why?
dexar [7]

There is no doubt in my mind that today, 30 years later, we still have Theory X managers. According with McGregor Theory X, managers tend to have a negative, pessimistic view of employees and display more coercive, autocratic leadership styles using external means of controls, such as threats and punishment.

What do you understand by theory of x managers?

Theory X managers frequently have a gloomy outlook on their workforce, assuming that they are naturally disengaged and disliking of their jobs. People are frequently motivated using a "carrot and stick" strategy, which can lead to repetitious work in firms run in this way.

Douglas McGregor developed the theories known as Theory X and Theory Y in 1960. These theories propose two aspects of human behavior at work, or, to put it another way, two opposing perspectives on people (employees): one is negative and is known as Theory X, and the other is positive and is known as Theory Y.
