I will simply round up to 460.

8 oz. = 1 c.
2 c. = 1 pt.
16 oz. = 1 pt.

\frac{460}{16} -->  \frac{2*2*5*23}{2*2*2*2} -->
\frac{5*23}{2*2} \ or\  \frac{115}{4}\ or\ 28 \frac{3}{4} \ or\ 28.75\ pt.
