Religion is a very big idea behind Alcoholics Anonymous. It's a way for the people to cope with things in a positive manner.
It keeps records easily attainable so errors can be avoided and proved wrong if it were audited incorrectly.

Nutrition to me means "what you need to live healthy". There are many factors in nutrition that you need everyday in order to be healthy. If we didn't have "Nutrition" we wouldn't have "Nutritional values", which calculate out how much we are supposed to consume.
