For the victim, it can be more traumatic because it can be viewed by more people. Also, the contents cannot be removed once online. As for the person bullying, he also will be seen as a bully by all who see his posts. Neither are good. Just the bully's done it to himself, 9 times out of ten, the victim has done nothing to deserve it.
