Given;

LM = 24

KN = 10

NM = 15

KM = 10+15 = 25

Using the Triangle proportionality theorem.

Since LK || PN (LK is parallel to PN)

KN/NM = LP/PM .....1

and

NM/KM = PM/LM ......2

Substituting the values into 2, we have

15/25 = PM/24

PM = 15 × 24/25

PM = 14.4 units
