Answer:  And i think your answer might b 21 but i dont know which variable

Step-by-step explanation:

i can give you how to figure it out but i didn't figure the answers out yet but here's the steps if im not mistaken.

do 6 x 3 and 7 x 2and negative 6 and negative 8 which i believe makes the answer positive when there is two negatives anyway multiply those three first. ( 6 x 3 , 7 x 2 , and -8 x -6) - multiply.

Then you add the answers for the three multiplication steps you did plus the 4 , once you do that which i think is 84? then divide by 4.

Im sorry if this didnt help i tried but i hope this does. I struggle with math myself but still tried.

Answer:

a) t = \sqrt{\frac{d}{4.9} }

b) t = 0.3 seconds

c) d = 4.9t²

d) d = 11 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

One test involves catching a 1 m ruler and measuring the distance, d in meters, that the ruler will travel before being caught, the reaction time t in seconds is then calculated using the formula

t = \sqrt{\frac{2d}{9.8} } .......... (1)

a) the simplified expression is

t = \sqrt{\frac{d}{4.9} } ......... (2)

b) If d = 44 cm = 0.44 meters, from equation (2) we get,

t = 0.299 seconds ≈ 0.3 seconds (Approximate)

c) If we make d as the subject of the equation, then

t^{2} = \frac{d}{4.9}

⇒ d = 4.9t² .......... (3)

d) Now, if t =  \frac{0.3}{2} = 0.15 seconds, then from equation (3) we get,

d = 4.9 (0.15)² = 0.11 meters = 11 cm (Answer)

Can u find x and identify the triangle, this will really help out thx
natta225 [31]

Answer:

x=12

Isosceles triangle

Step-by-step explanation:

The lines on the sides means that the two sides are equal. Two equal sides means that it is an isosceles triangle.  The angles at the base must be equal

35 = x+12

Subtract 12 from each side

35-12 = x+12-12

23 = x

Answer:

D

Step-by-step explanation:

w = 6 m

L = 1/2 m

Area = 1/2 * 6

Area = 3 m^2

Are you sure you have the givens correct?  If you are hesitant about this answer, ask your instructor how it is done.

Edit

In that case (L = 12) then the area is

Area = 12 * 6

Area = 72

So the answer is D
