1.1 epidermal tissue cover the upper and lover surface of the plant
meristems are responsible for the growth at the tips of roots and shoots
xylem is the vascular tissue that transports water around the plant

1.2 can either be A or B

Palisade cells contain the chloroplasts and are responsible for the light dependent stage of photosynthesis, they are at the top of the leaf as it here were they can trap the most light and cover the most surface area to make photosynthesis more effient

Its up vertically which means that the leaf can pack in more palisade cells in a leaf and so more chloroplasts leading to a larger surface area which once again leads to more efficient photosynthesis

The spongy mesophyll is responsible for most gaseous exchange in plants

hope that helps

Energy flows through an ecosystem in one ____, from the sun or organic compounds to ____ and the to various ____ . ((HELP ME PLE
vlabodo [156]
Hi!

Energy will flow through an ecosystem in one direction, from the sun or inorganic compounds to autotrophs and then to various heterotrophs.

The energy flow in an area will be delivering light energy to autotrophs, which make their food from the energy the sun produces.

The energy flow also delivers energy via inorganic compounds to heterotrophs, which do not make their own food.

Hopefully, this helps! =)
