Table:

item                               price         quantity

frosty mango pop        $1.75      a

frozen fruit yogurt        $2.25      b

sundae swirl cup        $2.75      a

chocolate chip cone     $2.25      c

fudge sandwich        $1.75      b

Answer:

A) 1.75a + 2.25b + 2.75a + 2.25c + 1.75b represents the addition of all prices of all the items included in the table. Once we are given the quantities, you can calculate total sales.

B) 4.5a + 4b + 2.25 just adds up all the a's and b's in the first equation, it also represents the addition of the prices included in the table.

C) the first equation showed the a's and b's separated in different products, while the second expression adds them up. Probably the a's represent products that are sold together as a combo, the same for the b's.

Doughnuts at one shop cost £1.40 each.
eduard

Given parameters:

Cost of doughnut at one shop = £1.40

Unknown

Difference in the cost of doughnuts at the two shops = ?

To find the difference in the cost of doughnuts at the two shops, we must know the cost of doughnut at the second shop;

  Given that the cost of doughnut at the other shop is 20% more;

       = 1.20 x £1.4

       = £1.68

The difference in the cost of doughnuts  = £1.68 - £1.40 = £0.28

So the answer is £0.28

Please help! Please!!
Elza [17]
You can proceed like this,

650 kb for a pic
and 2200kb for song ( 650 + 1550)

total= 18150 kb  and 16 files

so, 650 kb each in both pic and song = 16 * 650= 10400

remaining = 18150-10400 = 7750 , which is contributed by additional 1550 of songs that is
7750/1550 = 5

so, a total of 5 songs and 11 pictures were sold..

hope it helped

The doman of the function is?
larisa [96]

Answer:

-9 <= x <= 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Domain is the x, or independent variable. you just need to find how far x goes. First, you go to the veeery left and then go to the veeeery right of the plotted graph. Those 2 numbers are your domain.
