In a math problem, it means the same as in real life. There are limits to what you can do, or range of values a variable may take on.

You cannot work more hours in a week than there are hours in a week. You cannot measure lengths less than 0, or time before the present. You cannot sensibly divide by zero. In general, you cannot use more resources than you have, or make use of them before they existed.

There are practical limits to size, speed, size of numbers,* and there are limits imposed by the laws of physics we recognize. (Objects can only be so big or so small or so many in the known universe, or within the confines of habitable portions of the Earth.)

___
* The ratio of the size of the known universe to the size of the smallest describable object is less than 10^300. You can write numbers larger or smaller (than the inverse of this), but they have no practical meaning in our universe.

Answer:

Constraint:

A condition or restriction in a scenario or problem that limits the possible values of the solution.

Step-by-step explanation:

Write the inequality:

The number of attendees must be greater than 200.

x > 200

Explain the solution:

The condition for this situation is that the committee must have more than 200 people attend the spring fair. If 200 people or less attend, the condition is not met. However, if 201 people attend, then the condition is met.

Answer:

chisquare = 31.667

degree of freedom = 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula for chisquare test =  (O-E)²/E

total number observations= 60 + 25 + 15 = 100

Estimated E,

80% x 100 = 80

15%x100 = 15

5% x 100 = 5

chisquare =

\frac{(60-80)^{2} }{80} +\frac{(25-15)^{2} }{15}+\frac{(15-5)^{2} }{5}\\

= 5 + 6.67 + 20

= 31.667

from the calculation above the value of the chisquare statistic = 31.67

the degree of freedom is the number of samples in the test  n - 1

= 3-1

= 2

I have solve this question also in a tabular form to aid understanding in the file i uploaded.
