Answer:

Explanation:

Cultism is ravaging higher instructions in Nigeria. Most of the students have always kept it at heart to be a cult member even before school, some of them have been recruited as members by their siblings or friend just before the admissions in higher institution this make it more difficult with them.

Cultist do not have a means of identification hence, difficult to control and accuse because no valid claim can be laid against them except when commit and offence.

cestrela7 [59]

Answer:

a. the degree to which management focuses on outcomes rather than on techniques and processes used to achieve results.

Explanation:

Work climate, tension rates, co-worker relationships, and workplace behavior make up the atmosphere of the company. By rating a company on a variety of continuums, such as means-end orientation, membership identity,  and risk aversion, strategic choices may be adapted to the atmosphere of a single workplace. Means-end orientation explains how much the company depends on procedures versus end outcomes.

How were the initiative, referendum and recall processes established
Misha Larkins [42]

Initiative, referendum and recall processes are collectively called the politics of direct action.

People use these three means to bring their will to the legislature and governmental pages directly. Initiative and referendum existed in the United States since the 17th century when Thomas Jefferson in 1775, proposed that citizens should be capable of making amendments in laws proposed by  officials.

By the late 19th century, the progressive and populist movements brought awareness among people that they should push the state legislature to make an amendment in the law and allow people for initiative and referendum processes.
