social question. I am 13 and when I was 8-10 yrs old my dad got in an accident at work resulting being I was homeless. Now I did

meet a cupple of good people but not many. and even children were crule, rude, not understanding, and I was bullied and still am when some people learn of this... so my question is.. 'why is it that no one can seem to step out of themselves and give back to others in need but have the audacity to wonder why the economy sucks and be entitled?'

this is a very difficult question to answer, but i have gone through a lot as well and i feel like the answer is simply this: man is a very complicated species. people have free will and will do what they wish. the real thing that matters is you and how you see things. choose to see the positve things, because i promise you, they are there

A 45-year old individual that played football all his life is showing signs of confusion and memory loss. if you were to examine
Zina [86]

If you were to go into his brain, you may see abnormal tau expression.

What does tau exhibit itself abnormally?

Dysfunction results from tau's aberrant expression. Dysfunction in the mitochondria and peroxisomes is caused by tau overexpression. Oxidative stress is simultaneously exacerbated by mitochondrial dysfunction, and peroxisome dysfunction and oxidative stress itself have the capacity to exacerbate all three dysfunctions.

When tau is cleaved by proteases downstream, shortened tau is produced, which aggravates mitochondrial dysfunction even further. Tau phosphatase (PP2A) activity is decreased by oxidative stress while tau kinase (GSK-3, JNK) activity is increased.

This leads to an increase in tau phosphorylation and a reduction in tau's capacity to connect to microtubules. Tau aggregates as a result of hyperphosphorylation, which is accelerated by oxidative stress.

Impact of human right violation on an individual and communty
trapecia [35]
The impact of human rights violation on a particular individual is very significant. Human rights violation often leads to the mental harrassment of a person. This leads to mental torture and mental stability as well as the health of the person is affected. t takes him/her years to come over the incident.
The community is also adversely affected. The human rights violations create a sense of fear in the people that the same may happen to them also. They fear an undemocratic situation and inability of the government to stop so. Trust in the law and order is lost.
