It totally depends on the value of 'a', and if 'a' changes, then (6a-2) immediately changes too. Whatever 'a' is at the moment, (6a-2) is 2 less than 6 times 'a'.
Turns out that both of these numbers are PRIME! Neither of them can be divided down with the same number or different. Hope this helps!
I'm not completely sure about this answer since it's been 2 months since I've done geometry but to find the measure of <ADC, it's half of the arc measure of arc AE. (48+68)/2=58 so the measure of <ADC is 58 degrees.
The measure of arc AE is 68 because it is the measure of <ABE doubled.
