I have never heard of the four phases of research, but I know that the scientific method can be summarized in four steps.

1. Observe something in nature.
2. Make a hypothesis (prediction) based on that observation.
3. Design and undergo and experiment to test the validity of your hypothesis.
4. Draw a conclusion about your hypothesis based on the results of your experiment.

Answer: Discovery, data, analyze and ethical

Explanation:

Discovery: The first phase is the discovery phase in which the general knowledge and observation leads to hypothesis.

Data: The second phase include collecting data from every possible place. The sources can be book, article, research papers, online et cetera.

Analyze: The analysis of data takes place where the data relevant to hypothesis is filtered and rest is removed.

Ethical: It is the last phase where the data or procedures are checked that it is ethical or not.

Which of the following is the best reason that scientific models are used?
Elodia [21]
<span>The correct answer is b. Option a is incorrect because these models can demonstrate scientific theories, but they don't prove scientific theories (you would need experiments for that). Option c is incorrect because the models aren't always representing something abstract (i.e. DNA is very real, just very small). Option d is incorrect because they don't precisely mimic something in nature, but instead help us visualize something in nature that is difficult to see or comprehend.</span>

A right side epididymectomy and spermatocelectomy are performed on a 15-year-old male. What code is reported for this procedure?
yanalaym [24]

Answer;

= 54840

The code that is reported for the procedure is 54840

Explanation;

-Code 54840 describes the excision of spermatocele, with or without epididymectomy and is the correct code.  The epididymectomy codes (58460-58461) are not reported as the procedure is included in 54840. A lesion was not removed from the epididymis, making 54830 incorrect. Look in the CPT® Index for Spermatocele/Excision 54840
