If you are talking about y as in y = mx + b then i can help you.
Let’s use this example:
3x + 4y + 2 = 16
What you first need to do is get y alone on one side of the equation. The way we do this is by subtracting 2 from both sides. That gives us 3x + 4y = 14
After this let’s move the x over to the other side into point slope form. 4y = -3x + 14
Now just divide everything by 4.
The answer is y = -3/4x + 7/2

scZoUnD [109]

Answer:

\huge\boxed{\sf 8:32\ AM}

Step-by-step explanation:

Woke up = 7:30 AM

Time to:

 • Get ready = 14 min
 • Finish breakfast = 9 min
 • Commute to school = 39 min

Altogether:

= 14 + 9 + 39 min

= 62 minutes

(As we know that, 1 hour = 60 minutes)

So,

62 minutes = 1 hour 2 minutes

Time he reached the school:

7 hr 30 min + 1 hr 2 min

Combine like terms

7 hr + 1 hr + 30 min + 2 min

8 hr + 32 min

OR

8:32 AM
