Transpiration is basically the leaf exhaling the water vapour by its stomata

Why does water travel up the xylem like it does?

This process is called capillary action. capillary action allows the water to go through these thin tubes.

Condominancy is said to occur when two different alleles are combined together to form a different allele, in which the alleles are expressed equally and none of them is dominant.
