There are no statements provided but dynamic stretching is when you do power movements that get you ready for the exercise proper for that session.  This is done after a warm-up.  You proceed with movements that are geared towards that body part.  This sends blood to the muscle group and prepares them for the type of exercise you will be doing.

Three aspects of effective communication
kodGreya [7K]
1) Is verbal communications, because then you can help someone understand what you're trying to express if you have previously used body language facial expressions etc. and it didn't work, or they didn't get the correct message.
2)Another one would be using non-verbal communications, but as I said, it could be difficult for someone to understand what you're trying to say.
3)Listening is also a good one because you want that person to know that you are willing to listen to them, as much as they listen to you. The key to any kind of communication is each person is listening to one another

I hope this helped you out some. :)

What bodily and facial changes can be expected in early childhood?
Andru [333]

Answer:

During this period, children's bodies change proportions and they start to look more like adults than babies. Arms and legs stretch to catch up and balance out the head and trunk. Children also begin to lose their "baby fat" as they develop sleeker, straighter bodies with the strong muscles necessary for work and play.
