The entrepreneur can be considered as producers who make decisions on what to produce and offer to the market based on price which is basically a function of supply and demand. The consumer makes decisions on what to purchase and this leads to demand which affects the decisions of the entrepreneur. Government is also a consumer and a producer through investment spending
