To easily find the mode, put the numbers in order from least to greatest

Which is, 1,2,4,4,7,7,7,7,9

Count how many times each number occurs. The number that occurs the most is the mode!

7 occurs the most! So the mode is 7.

Find the largest and smallest values in the set

They are 1 and 9.

<span>Subtract the smallest value from the largest value to find the range

1 - 9 =  8

The range is 8.

The mode is the number in a set of numbers that you see the most...
The range is the difference between the highest and lowest number....
So for the numbers 7, 7, 7, 2, 4, 4, 7, 1, 9,
The mode would be 7 as it's the most common number
The range would be 8 because if you subtract the lowest number from the highest (9-1) you would get 8

Hope this helps! :)

PLEASE HELP WILL MARK BRAINLY
Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

1: $53750

2: $15975

3: 40

4: 90

5: 51

6a: 20%

6b:204

Step-by-step explanation:

1: to calculate this mulitply 50000*1.075= 53750

2: same deal 15000*1.065=15975

3: We have a ratio of 3:2 and then 60:x because we multiplied the first ratio by 20 to get the 60 in the second we multiply the 2 by 20 as well and get x=40

4: This one is kind of tricky. we know that there are 4 dogs for every 3 cats. We also know that there are 210 animals. This means that 4x+3x=210 solve this and get x=30 you then multiply the ratio 4:3 by 30 and get 120:90

5: 1/5*255=51

5a: 1/5=.2=20%

5b: 255-51=204

How do you interpret the value of the mean or the median in a situation
natka813 [3]

Answer:

Adding all the numbers together and dividing by the number of numbers

Example:

1, 3, 5, 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 35, 46

Adding them together results in 124

124 divded by the number of numbers is 124 / 10 = 12.4

So the mean / median in this example is 12.4

(I think, hopefully this helps and I hope you have a nice day!)

Shirley has enrolled for violin classes. She puts in a total of 14 hours of practice
Alona [7]

Step-by-step explanation:

1 week = 7 days

given 7 days = 14 hours of practice

and let x be the number of hours spent on practicing and y the number of days.

from the above expression we can have the equation,

y =  \frac{x}{2}

using the equation when y = 10,

\frac{x}{2} = 10 \\ x = 2(10) \\ = 20
