Which is better ice cream or pizza

I cant have either because of my disease, but ive always preferred non dairy ice cream to non dairy pizza. so in the non dairy section of those two,, ice cream is always the best.

In terms of calories i would say pizza simply because we tend to eat s lot less ice cream than pizza however i would say pizza is more of a balanced meal than ice cream if it is made from healthy ingredients.<span />
