The hunted for their food in the wild.
they were great at hunting, and they didn't have to worry about people finding their food,and finding things that were safe to eat.
Some disadvantages were that they would get sick or hurt trying to find their food.

The constitution of the United states was signed on September 17th, 1787, in Philadelphia. This documents establishes America's national government and fundamental laws.

In the United States Constitution, the ninth amendment, or IX amendment, reads the following statement: "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people".

This amendment is related to the compromise that was reached in the Virginia Ratifying Convention. It basically means that any amendments that limit the power of the Congress, shouldn't be a reason to expand or extend their power. James Madison was the person who introduced this amendment and explained he wrote it as a cautionary measure, to put limitations to the power of the government.

The compromise reached in the Virginia Ratifying Convention, was the result of a debate between a group of people called the <u>Anti-Federalists</u> and another group of people called the <u>Federalists</u>. They disagreed about if there should or should not be a Bill of Rights in the Constitution. The Anti-federalists wanted  the Bill of Rights, but the Federalists worried that putting the Bill of Rights in the Constitution would give power to the government. They finally reached an agreement which is the IX Amendment.
