Answer:

check the explanation

Explanation:

In the periodic table, as you move from the left to the right, the atomic number will increase, so the number of electrons, protons and neutrons, that mean the atoms are going to have more electrons in the last energetic level. For example, all the elements of group 1 have 1 electron in the outside layer, the family 2 will have 2 electrons, and so.

The elements with 1,2 or 3 electrons in the outside layer can give their electrons easily to join to another atom, meanwhile the elements that have 5,6 or 7 electrons in the outer layer, tend to attract electrons when they join with another atom.

The isotopes are atoms of the same element but with different number of neutrons, and because of this difference can be used in biology to detect traces of minerals in the body because some isotopes can react with colorants to be analyze.

For this research paper, pick one gadget or machine that claims to give you 6-pack abs and be better than a normal crunch. Write
vichka [17]

Ab Roller Evolution is made of metal. It supports neck, head and upper body during workout. It is an upper body trainer: works chest and core. You can do push ups, sit ups, dips. By providing improved support, it reduces stress and strain on body.

Description above is from Amazon.

It is a good idea but has some problems with its design. There is no way to secure it on the floor during exercise. So it moves around when pushed against and would not provide support. A normal crunch will likely work out better.
