I dont think so because pneumonia is an infection of the lungs and tou ise tour lungs every single day and how can you not use your lungs?

Yes, if the person is already sick. But shallow breathing is not good

I actually have that problem. I have 20/40 vision and my left eye is pretty much blind. I was prescribed glasses so that my sight in my left eye would not get worse. All to say, I would consider glasses to be necessary in this case. It definitely helps in every day life.

Slow twitch muscles help endure things like a long-distance run.

Fast twitch muscles debilitate much quicker so it is good for things such as short races but in fast bursts.
