Answer: Many of Shakespeare's work has been adapted into modern day romantic comedies and dramas.

Explanation:

William Shakespeare is still inspiring writers and poets 400 years after his death. During his lifetime, he wrote more than 150 sonnets and an estimated 39 plays. The work that he did influences how we interact with each other today. He is also credited for inspiring popular culture that we still consume on a day to day basis.

He wrote many plays that have been remade in modern culture. A few of these that have been made into plays and movies are;

  • Much Ado About Nothing
  • A Midsummer Night's Dream
  • Julius Caesar
