40 POINTS PLEASE HELP
kogti [31]
You’re gonna use the midpoint formula to find the radius: (1+7/2, 2-6/2) and get (4,-2). Now you use the distance formula to find the radius which would be √(1-4)^2 + (2-(-2)^2 and get 5 (√= square root of). Now you plug that into the circumference equation C= 2 x pi x 5 and get 31.4 units. Sorry that took me so long and hope this helps you out!!

HELP PLS 99 POINTS
enyata [817]

2x²-2x-12=0
simplify it into x²-x-6=0
factored form: (x-3)(x+2)=0
solutions: x-3=0 or x+2=0
x=3 or x=-2
Not sure how to explain "what the solutions mean for the equation". One thing you can say is that the solutions mean the equations have two roots/two zeros: 3 and -2, or the graph of 2x²-2x-12 intersects the x axis at (3,0) and (-2,0).

The _______ pair is the location of a point on the coordinate plane and contains the
den301095 [7]

Answer:

Ordered

Step-by-step explanation:

The ordered pair is the location of a point on the coordinate plane and contains the x coordinate and y coordinate

An ordered pair tells you the location of a point by relating the point's location along the x-axis (the first value of the ordered pair) and along the y-axis (the second value of the ordered pair). In an ordered pair, such as (x, y), the first value is called the x-coordinate and the second value is the y-coordinate.
