There are two ways you can find the answer to this question and both ways will give you the correct answer.

Method One:

If 240 bolts are produce in 25 minutes
then the number of bolts produced per minute  =  240bolts ÷  25min
                                                                           =  9.6 bolts/ min

∴ bolts produced in 45 minutes   =   9.6 bolts/min ×  45min
                                                    =   432 bolts

Method TWO

240  bolts  is produced in 25 mins                240 bolts    →    25 mins
   x      bolts are produced in 45 mins                 x           →     45 mins

                                                                           25x  =  (240)(45)
                                                                               x  =  10800 ÷ 25
                                                                                   =  432
