It is part of the United States and inevitably have to follow the federal laws given that the government had already agreed on the law as reasonable. It would also be extremely easy for the country to collapse due to the abuse of nullification.

One legacy of the Islamic Ottoman Empire is the robust secularism of modern Turkey.
