The urban Poor enjoy better access to quality education than the rural counterparts. Another reason is, rural poverty is temporary as the rural poor can migrate to urban areas to seek employment but, on the other hand, urban poverty is permanent.
My strategy to get rid of stress and tension would to engage myself in some kind of work and then think a solution for it. If there is no possible solution, I'll leave it for good time and will busy me in routine work. Work or physical engagement in any kind of activity especially exercise and a routine work that would help me to take me out of the stress and all tensions.
